Please join us for a conversation about the independent international publisher Valiz, with the authors and editors Guy Cools and Pascal Gielen.
Focusing on contemporary art, theory, critique, design and urban affairs, Valiz’s books offer critical reflection, interdisciplinary inspiration, and often establish a connection between cultural disciplines and socio-political questions. They publish books out of commitment to content, artistic and social issues, and to the artists, designers and authors.
For the occasion, Cools and Gielen will present and discuss their contributions to the publications Trust, Slow Technology Reader as well as Performing Mourning and Sensing Earth, both part of the Antennae, Arts in Society series.
